Hi, I'm Evan Yu. I write code by day and prose by night. This blog is where I think things through — turning the fuzzy ideas in my head into clear sentences, which usually beats reading ten more articles.
Three things fascinate me most: the engineering of breaking complex systems into simple parts, the artificial intelligence reshaping how we learn, and the practice of staying focused in an age of information overload. Most of what I write circles these.
A few things I believe
- An idea isn't truly understood until it's written down.
- Tools should make you more focused, not more anxious.
